Sherrie  grew up around the real estate industry. Her grandmother was a top producer in the Cuyahoga Falls area for years, eventually retiring from the business at the age of 90. Her grandmother used say; "I give my clients more than what they expect" This quote has always been the staple of Sherries business "We all sell the same product; I stand apart from others with the service that I deliver" Licensed in 2001, Sherries practice of "taking good care of her clients", has earned her numerous local, state and national awards since 2002. Sherrie and her husband Joe bought their first weekend home at   Apple Valley Lake  over 10 years ago. Loving the lake life style so much, she and her family now live on the lake full time. Sherrie enjoys introducing folks to the water! She has been quoted saying, "It's easy to sell what you live and truly believe in yourself".

Chris  was licensed in 2003 and by 2005 she was named the top producing agent for her company as well as ranking in the top 25 for the state. When Chris & her husband Bruce purchased their first weekend getaway cottage at Apple Valley Lake, she had no idea how this would become the tip of the iceberg for her love of selling waterfront property. "I love the Lake Living lifestyle, if I can help others achieve their Lake home ownership dreams-I'm serving!" Mosier is very grounded in her faith and has no doubt that whatever happens in the course of her day is part of a larger plan.
